In recent days, it is known by reporter from relevant governmental department of Shishou City that the high-profile six EPC road general contracting projects including the reconstruction of Jinxiu Avenueand East Chelu Road in the urban area of Shishou City have been officially under construction after finishing the preparation work including the early-stage technical design.
This project is an important measure taken by Shishou City, aiming at practically doing well in the transformation of shanty towns, optimizing the construction of infrastructure with high standards, and realizing the spirit of the 19th CPC NationalCongress of “comprehensively improving people's well-being and co-sharing the new achievements of reform and development”. The project launched its public bid inviting in December 2017, and is built by the Global Top 500 firm, Power China Huadong Engineering Corporation Limited. It mainly consists of the construction of six roads including East Yueshan Road, Chengguan Road, East Chengguan Road,Jinxiu Avenue, East Chelu Road, and Binhu Road as well as the supporting pipelines, greening and lightening engineering with an overall investment of around RMB 214 million and a planning construction period of 335 days.
